Guide To Easy Weight Loss: Diet Step 1

Hopefully by now you have read the introduction and are motivated enough to take whatever measures necessarily to achieve your goal in losing weight that means whatever diet/fitness routine is thrown your way, EVEN IF ITS FOR A MINIMUM OF A WEEK!!!...if not sit back down on that couch and look into the mirror some more until your ready and come back here when your ready! 

Right we are going to start with baby steps, one thing to remember when losing weight, small changes equal large results, whether it is to do with your diet or exercise you will come to see this yourself in good time.

Diet Step Number 1: Drink More Water Or Calorie-Free Beverages

Don't cut anything out of your current diet, that's right! keep everything the same for now except replace any high caloric beverage with water or the following alternatives: If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a little juice, or  even brew infused teas which are packed with flavor but contain no calories; so get drinking! now means now!!!

Benefits of drinking water?

Drinking water helps maintain the balance of bodily fluids, your body is composed of around 60% water. It can help control calories, so introducing more of it into your diet makes it a vital part of any weight loss strategy. Water helps energize muscle cells which is important when it comes to exercising for weight loss, cells that don't maintain their balance of fluids and electrolytes shrivel/weaken and this results in muscle fatigue, the effect of a diet without plenty of water would be detrimental to any weight loss plan. Additional benefits of water intake: it helps skin look great, it helps kidney, liver and bowel function. So adding this small first step could do wonders for you in terms of losing weight, start right away. 

Additional tip: keep a record of your water intake on a daily basis and  likewise how many calories you have cut out with the beverages you used to have, multiply all those calories over a week, month, year and you will see how much this tiny step can assist you in losing weight and remember small changes equal large results.
